This policy explains how The Iron Rock Law Firm, PLLC collects and uses information through ironrocklaw.com. It applies to this website and does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

Information you provide

When you submit the intake form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, Arkansas county, incident type and date, injury status, and the description you choose to provide. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or other highly sensitive documents through the website.

Calls and call recording

Calls may be routed through CallRail for source attribution and may be recorded or transcribed for intake, quality review, and advertising measurement. When analytics consent is not granted on the website, the site does not load CallRail's dynamic-number script and continues to display the firm's ordinary business number.

Advertising and analytics choices

Necessary storage supports security and form functions. Optional analytics loads only after you choose “Allow.” When enabled, CallRail may collect the page visited, referring source, advertising parameters, device information, and call details to identify which advertising produced an inquiry.

The intake form separately offers an optional advertising-measurement choice. If selected, limited contact identifiers and ad-click information may be processed or shared in hashed form with Google solely to measure Iron Rock Law's own advertising. The firm does not sell personal information or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How information is used

• Review and respond to requests for a case evaluation.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and intake process.
• Measure whether the firm's advertising produces qualified injury inquiries when permission is given.
• Comply with legal, ethical, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

Service providers

Service providers may process information on the firm's behalf for website hosting, email delivery, call routing and recording, spam prevention, security, and consented advertising measurement. Current planned providers include Netlify, Resend, CallRail, and Google. They are permitted to use information only for the services provided to the firm and their applicable legal obligations.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for intake review, conflict checking, legal and ethical obligations, security, and measurement authorized by the user. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may select “Necessary only” in the consent banner, reopen Cookie settings in the footer, decline optional form measurement, or contact the firm about access, correction, or deletion requests. Legal and professional obligations may require retention of some records.
